    Hypertension tends to affect the group of working age that is often associated with high stress conditions in the workplace. If hypertension is not controlled, sufferers can become a huge burden on the health care system because of serious health problems. Hypertension is classified into two types, primary and secondary. Primary hypertension is high blood pressure that does not show any specific cause. However, some diet drugs may be suspect. Hypertension is caused by tension or stress, although some believe it to be. Secondary hypertension may be the result of an underlying disease or dormant. It is estimated that affects more than 50 million Americans and is a leading cause of cardiovascular and renal diseases. It 'also a major cause of stroke, heart disease and kidney failure.
